We want you to be completely satisfied with our digital design services. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding refunds for services purchased from Calystrix. Please read it carefully.

  • Digital Services: Since our services are digital in nature and involve custom work, we generally do not offer refunds once the work has commenced. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
  • Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel your order before we have begun any work, you may be eligible for a full refund. Notification must be received within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Project-Based Refunds: For project-based services, if you are dissatisfied with the initial concepts, we offer a 50% refund provided you have not approved any designs and work has not progressed beyond the concept phase.
  • Hourly Services: For hourly services, you are billed for the hours already worked. Any unused prepaid hours may be refunded at our discretion.
  • Revisions: Most of our packages include a certain number of revisions. If you exhaust your revisions and are still unsatisfied, we may offer a partial refund based on the work completed.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Any third-party costs (such as stock photos, fonts, or software licenses) incurred on your behalf are non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated before purchase.
  • Service-Specific Terms: For graphics for websites and platforms, a 50% deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable after the initial concepts are presented. The final balance is due upon completion and is non-refundable.
  • Banners and Visual Materials: These are typically quick-turnaround items. Refunds are not available after the design has been delivered, unless we fail to meet the agreed specifications.
  • Presentation Materials: If we deliver a presentation deck that does not match the brief, we will revise it at no cost. If you still wish to cancel, a refund may be issued minus a fee for work completed.
  • Basic UI Design: For UI design projects, refunds are handled on a milestone basis. Once a design phase is approved, that portion becomes non-refundable.
  • Digital Adaptation: This service involves resizing existing assets. Because it is a straightforward process, refunds are only available if we fail to deliver the adapted files within the agreed timeframe.
  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us via email with your order details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
  • Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the transaction.
  • Disputes: If you believe a refund is warranted but we have declined, you may initiate a dispute resolution process. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage you to reach out directly so we can address your concerns.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of proven error on our part (e.g., failure to deliver), a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Subscription Services: If we offer any subscription-based services in the future, refunds for unused portions will be prorated and issued according to this policy.
  • Promotional Offers: Services purchased under a promotional discount may have different refund terms. Those terms will be specified at the time of purchase.
  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
